Dr. Abirami Krithiga J is a distinguished Pediatric Surgeon in Chennai, specializing in minimally invasive and robotic surgery. She completed her MBBS in 2011 and was awarded a Gold medal in General Surgery in 2015. Following her tenure as an assistant professor in surgery, she pursued super-specialization in Pediatric Surgery at Rainbow Children’s Hospital, Hyderabad, and completed a fellowship in robotic surgery from the International College of Robotic Surgeons. Her areas of interest include pediatric minimally invasive surgery, bronchoscopy, and neonatal surgery. Dr. Krithiga has been part of a renal transplant unit in Hyderabad and has received accolades such as the National Minimally Invasive Surgery Quiz prize and Best Paper Awards at national surgical conferences1.
